Designs are pre-created and ready for immediate download
Each design is sold only once to ensure exclusivity
NO refunds, exchanges, or modifications available

3. Payment and Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that files are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand these are pre-made designs and accept the no-refund policy.

4. License and Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive:

Exclusive commercial usage rights to the purchased logo design
Right to modify colors, text, and layout as needed
Multiple file formats (AI, EPS, PNG, JPG)
Unlimited usage for your business or organization

5. Delivery

Digital files are delivered immediately after successful payment via email download link. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, contact us immediately.

6. Chargeback Policy

Chargeback Prevention Notice:

Initiating a chargeback for delivered digital products constitutes fraud. All transactions are clearly marked as "PRE-MADE LOGO DESIGNS" with explicit no-refund policies. Contact us directly for any issues before considering a chargeback.

7. Limitation of Liability

consumidor.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services.
